For team staff, the improved tools make creating and publishing polls fast and effortless. Polls can be created in minutes through the upgraded fan and poll management in the Control Panel, with intuitive publishing controls that allow teams to launch fan voting quickly and keep engagement flowing before, during, and after matches.
The enhanced system includes support for both single-choice and multiple-choice polls, along with new privacy and control settings. Teams can choose to display results in real time or keep voting secret, allowing clubs to build anticipation and reveal the results later through announcements, matchday programming, or social media.
Best of all, the feature is available to all teams on the platform with the ability to create an unlimited number of polls giving clubs the freedom to experiment with different types of fan engagement—from weekly match predictions to season-long fan awards.
